Rockwell 6S - Top Cap

Rockwell 6S - Top Cap

I have been wet shaving for 30+ years and have a number of DE razors. They include Edwin jagger de89, merkur progress, Gillette long handle adjustable black (1969),razor rock game changer, tatara massamune, feather asd2 and a Rockwell 6s that I’ve had for years. The 6s gives me the most consistent irritation free shave with any type blade. I love it. Recently my wife dropped the 6s while cleaning the counter in the bathroom. The **** stud on the head cap bent. I was devastated. I reached out to Rockwell to get a replacement cap and was pleasantly surprised when I was told they would cover the replacement of the top cap under warranty. I was truly impressed with their willingness to stand behind their product even when they had nothing to do with causing the damage.

This gave my 6S more versatility because I used an old handle and now have two rockwell razors to choose without having to unscrew. Lovely!

Awesome replacement part, made my 6S as new again!

Quality of these razors is fantastic!

It does the job.

I have the Rockwell 6 chrome, and my complaint is that the posts that hold the blade are smaller than the slots in the blade. The result is a very sloppy blade alignment. I purchased the stainless top cap bcs I thought the fit would be better. It is not.

Great no any problem with that thank you

Bought the 6s top cap and 2/4 plate separately. I wish you could by a 2s complete with the 2/4 plate. Works great for me.

I have a bunch of vintage razors, butterfly, comb head, solid head, straight razors. Tried the Rockwell 6 and absolutely love it! So much better than anything else I have. I shave my head with it and it hasn't knicked me yet. The replacement parts allow me to try the different heads and mix and match. Will most likely buy another set for travel purposes.
