Rockwell Cap - White Chrome

I had complained of inconsistent performance with my razor and it was determined that the cap and plate were machined slightly out of tolerance which allowed the blade to set off center and/or crooked. You sent me a new plate and a new cap and I am surprised at the difference it made. Honestly I didn't expect it make as much of a difference as it has. I had a low opinion of my Rockwell razor before but now I have to say I like shaving with it much more than I used to. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

The machine is very good, it bbs very smoothly and even the most aggressive plate makes a fantastic shave.

After many, many uses, the threads on my top cap went; I ordered a replacement on the website and the good folks at Rockwell found me one in Canada! Their customer service was amazing and I have my 6C back in my den!!
